:: 35MM :: Our First Physical Media Drop

The first game we chose for a physical media release is 35MM, developed by Sergey Noskov. I wanted to dive into the reasons why we selected this game for a physical release.

Let’s start with the game. A heavily atmospheric and cinematic experience that transcends traditional genres. While this is a post-apocalyptic horror survival, a classic for collectability, it differs considerably from most titles in that genre. There are no enemies chasing you, no forced direction. Just silence and the slow realization that something irreversible has happened. Armed with a camera, it focuses more on presence than combat. It forces you to reconsider what post-apocalyptic survival and life might look like. Is it action packed? Or is it more an overwhelming sense of melancholy while you try to hand onto the vestiges of a past life? The game is artful in its subtleties that make you ask these questions to yourself as you traverse an abandoned Russia, through forests and dilapidated cities and decaying towns. You are forced to piece together the fragments that remain.

Second, is Sergey’s impact on the indie gaming community. 35MM was Sergey’s first commercial release, all the way back in 2016. Since then, Sergey has produced many captivating games such as 7th Sector, and arguably one of the best indie games of 2025, Hail to the Rainbow. This game marks Sergey’s adventure into the commercialization of his craft and the many people impacted by his work.

Sales of the physical release will be announced next week. Thank you for reading and stay tuned!
